Update-I just looked at canned response which had 0 to do with my review. My review is this casino is more than scammy & I’m the one that closed my account. All it did was take, take, take. Gave nothing with 1k being spent. Do not spend your money here. Don’t do it! Horrible. Tight. Terrible. Not sure why these sharks think it’s profitable to tighten the slots the way they do. In the long term- it does nothing but run customers off. They make most of their money off a certain small percentage of players that spend a ton and play a lot. In my case - close to 1k over 2 days and it was honestly horrible. I’ve won big on some and lost but this is super scammy. Out of the 30 or 40 sweeps casinos I’ve played at, this is one of the worst ones. They offered me $40 to stay & I laughed. My account is closed. Keep your $40 lol

Hey there, Holley! 👑 Thanks for getting back to us, and we're sorry the experience left you this disappointed. We respect your decision to close your account. Game outcomes are generated by a random number generator and aren't influenced by our team or by how much a player has spent. If you ever return, you can set purchase limits, cool-off periods or self-exclusion right from your account settings. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team
Horrible experience with this casino. I have successfully used 20+ online casinos and never had any issues verifying with my passport, as I moved to a state that is legal but my drivers license still says Indiana. I ask customer support if I can send in additional documents to valdiate my address of living, they say that is not necessary and just to send in my id, this is after I have already uploaded my passport but all of the sudden they don’t accept passports?!? Tf? Anyways they tell me not to send in anything else, and then 2 hours later I get an emailed that I am banned as a user from a state they don’t allow. Complete scam company. Tons of actually legit casinos out there! Save your money and time.

This is a SCAM. Do NOT pay for anything from this scamming company. 100% steals money from people with the fake "casino" appearance.

Hi Sean, We've reached out through Trustpilot requesting your account details so we can properly look into what happened here. We're sorry that this is how you feel about your experience with us, and we'd like the chance to clarify things once we have that information. The RubyChips Team
100% a scam the old push to card trick only offer one redemption methods that always fails yet they have no problem taking your money this site flat out does not pay certain card holders it is not legitimate in any way and I highly recommend staying as far away as possible 1 star scam casino. Follow up: still waiting its been 4 days trying to get a cashout now ruby chips is requesting information that doesnt even exist like a pdf from a brand new bank account just being unreasonable to slow down withdrawals because they dont have the money to pay. Definitely the worst online casinos experience i have had so far can tell 1000% im never getting paid by this scam website

Response from Rubychips· Sep 16, 2026
Hey there, Jacob! 👑 Thank you for sharing your account details with us. We've reviewed your case, and your redemption was cancelled because the card photos submitted for verification weren't clear enough to confirm the card details. This check is the same for every account and protects players' payment methods from misuse. You're welcome to submit a new redemption with a clear, well-lit photo and selfie with the card, and our team will review it again. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team
