Royal FoamReviews of royalfoam.us

We ordered materials for a project with a tight deadline and were very clear about this deadline with Royal Foam. We were told that the materials would arrive by March 22nd to Oklahoma. They did not, so we hired a hotshot service to go to Jacksonville, FL to the Royal Foam location and pick up the materials on March 27th. The hotshot service cost me over $5,000, but I had the materials from Florida to Oklahoma by the next day. Unfortunately, on April 1st we realized that Royal Foam DID NOT send all of the materials on the hotshot load! We contacted them that same day and told them. I gave them the contact for the hotshot service I used, thinking that they would take care of me, since it was their mistake. It has been 7 days and I still do not have my materials and am being told that there are hurdles for shipping companies because of the situation in the Middle East. We have spent over $98,000 with Royal Foam and we have not gotten anything but excuses.

It was a good experience with royal foam. They design decorative letters for my shop. All letters are beautiful and matching with my shop interior. The best thing I found is the service on time. They didn't take any hidden charger from me, and they sent all letters on time at my shop.

Thanks, royal foam for beautiful Pediments. it's making my home beautiful. I will contact you again for inner renovation.

Thank you royal foam for the beautiful ceilings, it looks good at the rooftop. I recommend Royal foam for the best architectural designs.

Thank You Royal Foam for providing me with the gorgeously designed monument sign I had ordered for my newly opened company.

My contractor and I have been trying to get my shutters completed and it has been a nightmare. 1- Took forever for the shutters to be shipped 2- No damage to shipping box but a shutter had a huge gash in it 3- No touchup paint sent. Now worried that I will not get exact match 4- Say they will call you back to help with damaged shutter- LIARS. No one has ever called back. 5- Now for some reason NO RECORD of us ordering the shutters and the girl I was speaking to no longer works there?! Thinking of contacting FTC and BBB. Everything has been very shady.

I highly recommend the services of Royal Foam because they are always consistent with their quality of 3D letterings and other products.
