Ordered a grill showing "instock" shipping in 3 business days. 45 days later no shipping confirmation. I have emailed and called multiple times looking for updates. No response. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card and reported as fraud. This is not a legitimate business. Do not buy.

Ordered a grill that was said to be "instock" Two weeks with zero shipping confirmation, emailed and and asked for a eta. Got a automated response saying the label was created. But had still not shipped. Called and emailed numerous times with zero response. Ended up having to report them to mastercard for fraud. I know this was once a legitimate business, dosnt seem like it anymore.

The set I ordered doesn't fit. Left 2 phone voice-mail and 3 emails with still no response. It has been a week and I'm starting to wonder if I'm stuck with them.

Products seem to be made from great quality materials with a fair price. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and customer service was quick with their responses and in reaching a resolution.
