RotatingRoomReviews of rotatingroom.com

We've been using RR for 3 years and have had great success with the quality of our guests --most of them medical students on rotations, some international students. It would greatly improve the site if there was a rating system for the landlords and the guests. With all the schemes going on out there, it would be nice to have another layer of information so everyone could have an idea about each other.

I have been renting a room in my 3-bedroom house for the last 1.5 years, mainly to med students on rotating internships. Great experience. Students are very responsible, clean and busy. Really a great service and will continue to use!

We’ve been using RotatingRoom.com for past 5 years and it’s been an excellent experience. The healthcare students have all been really nice and studious. It would be helpful for students if the rentals had a rating from prior students, and for renters to have a rating of the students. It’s helpful to know a little bit about the students when they inquire about availability. And the students would probably like to know length of RotatingRoom membership and profession of the owner.

As an Administrator at a major public university, I've been partnering with Rotatingroom since August of 2022. A number of medical students (domestic and international) have reported a positive experience on the platform and have specifically noted it's easy to navigate, housing locations are convenient, and communication with the Customer Success team is timely and thorough.
