Thanks for sharing! We look forward to serving you in the future.
My experience with Fashions by RoPuddles was remarkable. Immediately after my purchase, I received a personal thank you, as well as updates on delivery. Items aren't just "thrown" together; each item is individually wrapped, requiring the purchaser to break the seal. I emailed the owner regarding an item that was "Sold Out," and she responded within minutes. Realizing that an item I ordered was similar to something I have, I emailed her regarding the return and exchange process; she responded immediately, eager to address and accommodate my needs. The owner's professional etiquette and concern for her customers is the epitome of "Satisfaction Guaranteed!" When it comes to customer service, Fashions by Ropuddles has earned 10 stars! Thank you, Ropuddles, for a wonderful experience! A valued customer produces a valuable business!
