Always surpasses my expectations.

RoboForm support is fantastic. I have been a RoboForm customer since 2006 and when issues occured, their support has been very responsive. RoboForm's ability to work across platforms is essential for me. The Safenotes component of RoboForm is at least as important as the password manager. It allows securely saving critical data.

I love RoboForm! Can't understand why everyone isn't using it! Great support and a great product. Been using it for ~15+ years.

Easy to use. When I had an issue, the customer service guy (Nick?) was most helpful. For the record, that issue was not a problem with RoboForm, but in how I was utilizing it.

I had a specific problem and the people at RoboForm did not stop till all was well again. With their assistance not one but two things were updated on my laptop and I could then work normally once more.
