Squadron 42Reviews of robertsspaceindustries.com

I played the game few hours in early alpha in 2014. Since 2017 I am requesting refund and guess what, they still refuse it, even though the product is far from finished, nor anything was not delivered from the promised product. Protect yourself from unfulfilled promises, since this project is full of them.

I've been a dedicated backer and Concierge member of Star Citizen for some time, and my recent experience with customer support has left me thoroughly disappointed. As a Concierge member, I was promised "expedited customer service" with an assigned specialist to personally handle my tickets. Unfortunately, it's been over 2 months since I reached out to their customer support team with a pressing concern, and I haven't received a single reply. This lack of response is in stark contrast to the promises made to Concierge-level backers, which are slowly fading away, one by one. What's even more frustrating is that the Priority access to the Public Test Universe (PTU) was one of the key benefits I was looking forward to as a Concierge member. To add to the frustration, it appears that I've been effectively ghosted after these perks were taken back. This not only leaves me feeling ignored but also undervalued as a long-time supporter of the game. I believe that open and transparent communication is essential for any company, especially one that promises "expedited customer service" to its Concierge members. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling ignored and undervalued, this is the reward for spending an amount of a monthly salary. It's not unreasonable to expect timely and respectful communication, especially for those who have invested significantly in the project. The lack of response and clarity is a disservice to the loyal community that has supported Star Citizen through thick and thin. I hope that Cloud Imperium Games will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their customer support and communication with Concierge members, ensuring that the promised "expedited customer service" is a reality, not just words on a page. It's vital to uphold the trust and integrity of the community.

This is a scam 10+ years and 400 million and counting. Stay away don't waste your time. We need to file a class action lawsuit.

First of all: obviously is a scam after more than 10 years and hundreds of millions. Also, with the last update, my 2 months old and powered PC was broken by the game. THIS PEOPLE ARE THE DEVIL. DONT BUY. JUST RUN.

Scam-esque Bruh I pre-ordered the game six years ago and we get nothing yet, not even a playable demo

it's a scam Over 11 years in development, over 500 million in revenue and reportedly 700 employees The development is progressing very slowly and without a concept or even a sensible sense of priorities In their own forum (spectrum), the White Knights can insult and threaten as much as they want, but if you say something critical, you are already banned, no matter how friendly you say it (totalitarian and censorship are normal in Spectrum) The best thing is that a lot of energy and time goes into it making it impossible for the "backer" to get your money back it is a scam company

Purchased a newly-released item that had been falsely advertised (specifications were revised on the store after purchasing). Have attempted to request a refund in line with the Consumer Rights act. I received a bot response, and have been completely ignored for over a month since. A copy/pasted reponse claims "the pledge cost has already been applied to development" as their justification for refusing a refund, despite RSI/CIG being legally obligated to provide compensation, or refund. Be warned, if you purchase anything, there is a risk that it could be retroactively made less than it was originally advertised. Your only means of recompense for this is to take them to small claims and have a CCJ issued, as they will completely ignore you otherwise.

Fraudulent company. I payed £62 for Star Citizen which was unplayable and crashed every 10 minutes. Then a year later they introduced new 2 factor security login which meant I couldn't login. I contacted support to ask them to update my email address so I could login and actually play the game I paid for... They refused as they said I had to provide info that was sent to that email address which is no longer active. They now ignore all emails and also won't refund me. So I paid £62 for a game that I played for half an hour and is now locked out and no refund. Scammers.
