I am an installer and have run maybe 6-7 client jobs through them this past year, mostly Chief mounts, racks and cable. Quotes land within a business day and they hold pricing so my bids do not move mid project, my previous distributor never did that. One rack arrived with a bent corner from the carrier and they had a replacement shipping before I did finished unpacking the rest. Thats what earned my repeat business.

Our sanctuary projector died three weeks before Easter and I am a volunteer, not an AV pro. Emailed them the room dimensions and a few photos and they specd a laser unit bright enough to hold up even with the windows open, the last place we bought from got that wrong. Quote, PO, and invoice all matched, which our treasurer appreciated. Installed it Holy Week and its been running Sundays plus midweek services ever since with zero issues.
