Excellent customer service. Had a few hiccups with my order, but that is to be expected in this day and age. It is how they responded that impressed me. An actual person reached out to me when issue was first discovered and offered me several options to rectify the problem. Yes, an actual person, not AI. They worked with me until resolution and beyond. Despite the issue, I continue to shop the store and would recommend to friends and family.

Misleading shipping information. Correspondence used fancy words like “dispatch”, “inventory allocation”, “fulfillment paperwork”, “fulfillment staging”, “operational days”, “populates in our system”, etc. Furthermore, shipping update information was fraudulent - I was told “ it requires custom pallet packaging and freight carrier pickup scheduling. The unit has been packaged and queued at the Utah warehouse dock”. When in fact the package was not shipped on a pallet and was sent from Grand Junction, Colorado. I will not order from roadreadyroadgear .
