TOM was extremely helpful in that once I made my reservation for one price and then the price doubled, he was able to work with me diligently until the price was only $35 more than expected. He was very professional, compassionate and thorough in making sure I was getting the best service possible. These days it is hard to find exceptional customer service that cares more about the client than trying to make a buck. Keep up the good work.

Steve was very helpful. He provided a very efficient service. Consistently asked if I needed anything else and accommodated me. He helped me book two flights instead of one. I appreciate Steve for his tremendous work, I'll be calling again soon to book again!
