So far , we don't have outages every time it gets windy. I really wish that it was cheaper.Because times are so tough for everybody and other companies have internet for cheaper right now and I think you should take care of your existing customers. The install required some tech support to show up. He was timely knowledgeable and his work was what I needed. They have since swapped out all the modem hardware which was ready enough for me to get it going myself.
