The process
Worst experience for online ordering. It started off with a request for help with fitment of wheels. Came back because sale didn’t know the definition of “exist”. Exist refers to existing, ie. OEM, original, old. Sales just said “we do not carry any wheels by “Exist”. Are these teenagers? Than he come back telling me “oh”! We don't have any 24” wheels in your bolt pattern of 6x114.3. In my cart I have 24” rims in my bolt pattern from their website. So I reply saying that it’s not true, I have seen a bunch of 24” wheels on your website in my bolt pattern. I have one in my cart now. He checks my cart and say again “we don’t have any 24” wheels in your bolt pattern”. I asked, if I didn’t request for help, I wouldn’t have known their inventory and they would have recorded my credit card number and personal information. Their process is fill the shopping cart, type in your credentials, your shipping address, your credit card number. Two days later, receive an email saying the items in your cart are not in stock. Sound like a scam because they took your private information and no sale. Email them back and all I got was attitude That its their process and if I didn't like it go Amazon, ebay to place orders. Told them that I don’t like their process and will take my order somewhere else and wished them luck.
