Tried to months to help find a reputable carrier that didn't fleece my oldest and her husband with high premiums. They are right at the threshold of young to normal age drivers. They have one small used car and she works from home and their insurance with Progressive was more than their car payment. Loop saved them over a hundred a month, they were easy to get started with and we are reviewing them ourselves now.
