Disabled Marine Corps Veteran Tenant
14 hours ago I posted a review about a month prior outlining my dislikes of Savannah Springs Apts 6945 Morse Ave, 32244. I received on my door a notice from Ashley Bryant asst. manager of this lil ghetto complex that my lease wouldn't be renewed. It was appalling simply because I'd already made it known I wouldn't be renewing my lease especially due to her lack of professionalism. Heavy drug use, crime, bad kids will make your stay here a nightmare. I posted pics of my unit which were based on my gift to decorate. It is important to not just visit any property in the daytime when most tenants are at work, but to also visit in the evening time when it's active. This complex is in poor condition with old outdated appliances. Bug issues, inflated water bills that isn't related to JEA. The maintenance team only patches up issues in your unit. The flooring above you is horrible & the walls are thin. If you look at any of my post I give credit when it's due. #Richmanproperties are slumlords. I've never been late on my rent, no complaints, & I don't involve myself in any bad behavior. It was simply out of anger from Ashley that a notice was placed on my door. Ashley please understand I'm going to alert all when it involves hard earned money spent. The quality of living should be suitable for all tenants & I stand on all my post.
