Big time scam
Big time scam, please don't fall for it.
I lost 12k and there are people that have lost even more.
Update:
I have not recieved any emails or calls to rectified the situation. I was scammed , I was paying a monthly payment, they set up a slack support with people that don't know what their doing. I have proof. At the 6 month mark I had 4 videos done and not 150 like they are claiming, that's a breach of contract, i told them i am not paying when the contract claimed i was suppose to have at least 50 videos by that time, all they cared for was money, on top of that the youtube channel was canceled by YouTube. It's so bad with this company that there is a website on rexx being a scammer, all you have to do is Google rexx scammer and you will find it. I am on a whats app chat with at least 15 people that have gotten scammed.
There's much more.

Hello Jose Urena,
We genuinely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to address your concerns transparently:
Service Agreement: Our agreement was for a comprehensive YouTube service priced at $20,000. This included both long-form and short-form content creation. Six months into our collaboration, we had produced over 150 videos tailored for your channel.
Content Provider: We partnered with Conrad, a content creator, to ensure high-quality video production for your channel. However, when the agreed payments for these videos were not made, we had no choice but to halt the project.
Additional Offerings: Recognizing the challenges of relying solely on YouTube ad revenue, we extended an offer to build out your social media presence across multiple platforms, create your own marketplace, and set up various digital assets to diversify your online presence. These enhancements were aimed at ensuring a holistic digital strategy for you.
Communication: Our team has made multiple attempts to reach out to you, both through emails and text messages, to discuss the way forward. We've even tried to communicate via Trustpilot, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response.
Commitment: We are committed to our clients' success and have always strived to go above and beyond in our services. We still have multiple assets ready for you and would love the opportunity to help you leverage them.
We understand the importance of trust in our industry and would appreciate the chance to address any concerns you might have directly. Please reach out to us so we can work towards a resolution.
Update: 9/16/23
We have made a number of attempts to contact Jose but, we have been unsuccessful in our attempts. He has opened the emails but has yet to respond. We offered him several incentives including social media management and managing his E-commerce platform which would allow us to set up shops under each social media account we build for him.
We believe clients who lack the experience of running a business don't understand what goes into training a team, hiring them, and keeping them on salary so when a client doesn't pay his team it makes it extremely hard to continue service. We have no hard feelings towards Jose and hope to one day be able to work with him again.
Warm regards,
The RCI Team
Amazon Account
Do not use any services associated with this name. I was scammed out of a payment after they failed to complete services for my Amazon account. They completely lied about fulfilling the services by saying they called Amazon to resolve the issue over the phone.
This particular issue required online submission only to resolve it.
I’ve been working with Amazon myself to resolve this matter.

Hello MJ,
We appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of addressing concerns transparently. Let's clarify the situation:
Service Rendered: You approached one of our team members for assistance regarding a suspension issue with Amazon. For a nominal fee of $50, our team took the initiative to communicate with Amazon on your behalf, even though our standard suspension service is priced at $1500. This was a gesture to assist you beyond the scope of the initial agreement.
Findings: Upon investigation, it was determined that the suspension was due to the sale of counterfeit items. We provided you with a detailed outline and instructions on how to address this issue.
Refund Request: After receiving our guidance, you requested a refund of the $50, which we promptly processed. However, subsequent demands for additional services without compensation, coupled with threats of negative reviews, were not in line with our professional standards.
Online Submission: We acknowledge that certain Amazon issues require online submission. However, our team's approach was based on the information available at the time and was aimed at providing you with the best possible assistance.
Integrity: We want to emphasize that we had no role in the management of your Amazon account or the circumstances leading to its suspension. Our involvement was limited to the assistance you sought regarding the suspension.
We always strive to maintain the highest standards of service and integrity. We regret any misunderstandings and are committed to ensuring clarity and satisfaction for all our clients. We hope this response provides a clearer picture of the situation.
Update: 9/16/23
We will not work with MJ again due to his false claims and his attempt to extort our company.
Warm regards,
The RCI Team
Buyer Beware
The company does not listen to your concerns and they stop communicating when they don't deliver what they promised. I paid for their "done for you" program but they lack the skillset to deliver and then they run away with your funds. I will never recommend this company and DO NOT recommend their services.
Responding 9/26/23
I would like to address a pressing matter concerning my account and the work rendered, as well as clarify certain misunderstandings.
Firstly, I must express my disappointment that there has been no prior contact from your side regarding my account issues. The work that was provided fell significantly short of what was promised, and this has been a source of great frustration.
Contrary to the assertion that there are pending invoices and a suspended account, I want to clarify that I have not received any notification of pending invoices or a suspension. To my knowledge, my account was not suspended; instead, it appears that the work on my project was halted abruptly, and additional funds were requested, which I found perplexing given that the initial payment was not effectively managed by the team I hired.
Throughout this engagement, I made every effort to maintain open and effective communication with your team. Despite my frequent attempts to engage and overcommunicate my concerns, I observed minimal to no progress on the project.
Furthermore, I was deeply disheartened to find that the owner, Rexx, who initially presented your services via Facebook, ceased all communication with me and went as far as blocking me when I reached out to express my concerns. This abrupt action left me with a sense of abandonment and led to a lack of trust in your company's integrity.
I kindly request that this response be kept as a reference for our records.
In contrast to the mentioned claims, I have made multiple attempts to contact Miguel, but regrettably, all my efforts have gone unanswered. It is my sincere desire to resolve these issues amicably and continue working towards the successful completion of my project.
I believe that open and transparent communication is essential for any business relationship to thrive. I remain open to resolving these matters and hope to reconnect with you to discuss a mutually agreeable path forward.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to resolving these issues in a professional and constructive manner.

Hello Miguel,
We sincerely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with top-tier service and support. Let's address your concerns:
Communication: We value open and transparent communication. Our records indicate that we've sent multiple emails and messages here in Trust Pilot seeking essential information and clarifications. Unfortunately, these went unanswered. Effective communication is crucial for the success of any partnership.
Service Delivery: Our "done for you" program is designed to cater to the specific needs of our clients. We have a dedicated team with the expertise to deliver on our promises. However, the success of such programs often requires mutual cooperation and timely provision of necessary details.
Recommendation: We respect your opinion and always strive to improve. We've served numerous clients, many of whom have had positive experiences with our range of services. We understand that each client's journey is unique, and we're committed to ensuring satisfaction at every step.
Identification: At this moment, it's challenging for us to identify the specifics of your case based solely on this review. We offer a wide range of services, and without proper communication, it becomes difficult to address specific concerns.
We genuinely hope to resolve any issues you've faced. We're always open to discussing a way forward and ensuring that you receive the quality service you expect.
Update: 9/16/23
Multiple attempts to contact Miguel went unanswered, and after further review of his account, we can see services were rendered. We also have unpaid invoices for his suspension. We would like to still work with Miguel but we can continue to keep his team on salary with no communication. We hope to reconnect with Miguel.
Warm regards,
The RCI Team

Rexx and his team is running a Amazon automation scam on his website. I was making monthly payments of $2000 each for a service that was supposed to generate me income. His team is incompetent and got my amazon store shut down and now they wont grant me a refund. His website says there is a money back guarantee but you will never get a dime back. I will be reporting him too the FTC and the better business bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST YOU WILL LOSE YOU'RE MONEY.

Hello Dwight,
We genuinely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service and support. Let's address your concerns:
Agreement & Payments: Your initial agreement was for $25,000. You made payments totaling $6,000. We understand the commitment you made, and we've always aimed to honor our end.
Communication: Our records indicate that we sent multiple emails and text messages over a span of 6 months, which unfortunately went unanswered. Effective communication is crucial for the success of any partnership.
Amazon Suspension: While we strive to ensure smooth operations for our clients on Amazon, the platform's decisions, such as suspensions, are beyond our control. To assist our clients in such situations, we have a dedicated suspension team, including attorneys specializing in Amazon suspensions. Their expertise requires additional expenses, which we willingly take on to support our clients.
Alternative Solutions: Recognizing the challenges with Amazon, we proactively built a personalized marketplace for you. This included a website, sales funnels, workflows, and a series of automation, all tailored to your needs.
Cooperation: Our team and attorneys reached out multiple times for essential information to address the Amazon suspension and to optimize the marketplace we built for you. Unfortunately, the lack of response from your end hindered our efforts.
Money-Back Guarantee: Our guarantee is genuine, but it's essential to understand that it's based on mutual cooperation. With significant resources allocated to your project and the additional costs we bore, it's challenging to offer a refund, especially when there's a lack of communication.
We truly wish our partnership had seen better days. We're always here to assist and support our clients, but mutual cooperation is vital. We hope you understand our position, and we're always open to discussing a way forward.
Update: 9/16/23
After further research, we found that Dwight still has unpaid invoices and we also identified that Dwight was running an Amazon automation service but are unable to confirm if he's still in business. It's not easy to manage one Amazon business without the proper foundation. Our wholesale connections and management across multiple platforms have helped our continued growth. We wouldn't mind working with Dwight again.
Warm regards,
The RCI Team
