Alex helped me secure an internship I’m genuinely excited about in an extremely competitive job market. He was proactive, insightful, and consistently provided guidance that made the entire process far more manageable than it would have been on my own. Working with Alex was an absolute pleasure; he took the time to understand my goals and positioned me effectively to achieve them. I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating the job search process.

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Alex and Reverse Recruiting. After months of applying to jobs on my own like tailoring resumes, writing thoughtful emails to recruiters, and doing everything “right,” I wasn’t even getting interviews. It was frustrating, discouraging, and honestly pretty defeating. The moment I started working with Alex, everything shifted. Alex was incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed and really this didn’t feel transactional, it felt like having someone in your corner who truly cared about the outcome. Almost immediately, I started getting interviews, consistent traction that I hadn’t been able to generate on my own. His guidance on interview prep gave me a level of confidence and clarity that completely changed how I showed up in conversations. And that led me to landing my job. I can confidently say that without Alex, I would still be stuck in the cycle of applying and hearing nothing back. If you’re serious about your job search, this is the best investment you can make in yourself. Alex doesn’t just help you find opportunities, he changes the entire trajectory of your search.

Alex is the easiest recommendation I will ever write. Job seekers, run, don’t walk, to have Alex and team involved in your job search process. I found Alex through a LinkedIn search, pretty much as a last resort struggle to find my fiancée a job in a tough market. After months of rejection, promised interviews and recruiters ghosting on us, Alex was our very last hope. From the beginning he struck me as methodical and thorough. He is hyper organized, a systems thinker and deeply involved with the success of his clients. I was very impressed in particular with the organized use of technology and how well adapted to the modern AI ecosystem his workflow tech stack was. But just as impressive was the subjective human guidance, negotiating strategy, personal interest in his clients success and overall responsiveness. Needless to say, we finally found my fiancée a job and pretty close to the best one she was qualified for. Alex stayed on and helped her through the negotiations and the visa process as well. And finally on the day she landed the offer, we breathed a sigh of relief. I can’t imagine having this be done without Alex and team and I highly recommend him to anyone. I will not hesitate to work with him in the future!

The job search is hard, and unless you have been in it recently, it is hard to explain just how defeating it can be. I was part of a company-wide layoff for the first time in my career. My path had not been linear. I had stepped away from my industry mid-career to build my own company, grew it for over a decade, then made my way back into the workforce. So when I found myself job searching again after a company-wide layoff, I thought I knew how to do it. I did not. I was skeptical of reverse recruiting at first. Paying someone up front, plus a percentage of salary, felt like a big leap when I was already emotionally and financially drained. I interviewed several firms. Some felt suspicious. Some felt robotic. Then I met Alex. After our first call, I felt relieved for the first time in a while. He was sincere, thoughtful, and genuinely wanted to help. He understood the market, the resume rules, the limitations of online applications, and just how hard it is to land an interview when hundreds, if not thousands, of people are applying for the same role. He was thoughtful about how to position me, what to emphasize in my background, and how to connect the dots in a career that did not fit neatly into one box. He spent real time on my resume, and his team moved quickly, applying to roles and helping me make LinkedIn connections that could actually make introductions. I got several interviews in the first two weeks. The role I ultimately accepted was not one Alex sourced, but when I got the offer, he still called and offered to help me negotiate. He had nothing to gain by doing that. He did it because he genuinely wanted to help and see me succeed. Alex is smart, strategic, responsive, and truly invested in his clients. I would absolutely recommend him, and I would not go through another job search without his help.

I worked with Alex and RRA for 2.5 months. Before working with him, I had a pretty tough time landing interviews. The RRA team secured me 10 interviews and 3 offers. I highly recommend him and his team because they're incredibly thorough and organized, he knows his stuff when it comes to interview advice, and his outreach approach really works to get interviews. Plus, relying on RRA to customize my resume/cover letters and apply to jobs on my behalf saved me a ton of time and stress.

Working with Alex and his team during my STEM OPT journey and job search was an incredibly positive and reassuring experience. Navigating STEM visa challenges alongside an active job search can be overwhelming, but Alex’s guidance, clarity, and constant support made the entire process structured and manageable. Alex was always available, explained each step in detail, and provided thoughtful guidance not only on visa requirements but also on positioning myself effectively during the job search. His calm, organized approach helped me stay focused and confident during a very high-pressure period. A special thank you to Kuldeep and the team for their excellent coordination and responsiveness. Everything was handled in a timely, organized, and transparent manner, and I always knew what to expect next. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. With their support, I was able to successfully overcome multiple STEM OPT challenges and finally land a role at one of the biggest law firms in the United States. I am extremely grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone navigating STEM OPT or searching for opportunities as an international professional.

Alex was communicative, insightful, and highly effective in my job search. He’s open to suggestions and new ideas, for example, building me a data dashboard to help me track my success across interview stage types, which helped me understand where I needed to focus my interview efforts. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience working with Alex and his team after they were able to help me secure a job after 5 months in a tough job market. I would highly recommend working with him!

Great experience working with Alex and his team. The team was extremely hard working, very responsive when I had feedback, and very carefully tailored and curated my job search efforts to my precise needs. Exceptional level of professionalism from Alex himself, and RRA did an excellent job. I landed a great job that was exactly what I was looking for in only 4 months of working with them.
