After looking at two others I went with RMF, I was very fortunate to work with Phillip Miller, he came to my house and went through everything. And I mean everything. As it progressed he kept me totally informed all the way. Two things, 1. RMF guarantees the lowest rate, which I had already checked out, and it is. 2. I had spent 21 years in R.E. , so I had a good idea of what should happen from A-Z. And it did, just like clock work. No surprises, every thing was done efficiently. Thanks to Phillip, we closed and funded in less than 3 weeks. This guy really knows his business, and I'd recommend him highly to friends and family. Thank you Phillip.

Larry McAnarney was recommended to me by a mortage banker at Evanston Community Bank. When I called Larry, he was very helpful and insightful to set me in the direction in filling out all of the documents needed to process the reverse mortgage. If anyone needs help in getting a reverse mortgage, Larry is the person to use.

If you are looking for a mortgage loan specialist who is exceptional look no further because Larry McAnarney is your man! I feel so blessed that I found him to help me refinance my house. I needed someone who would kindly, willingly, and patiently help me through the process. I had spent a considerable amount of time calling lenders near where I lived in Virginia and didn't feel comfortable with any of them. Frustrated, I went online and the very first website that came up was Larry's company. I searched the reviews and was highly impressed so I called and Larry answered.
