Hank Rhoads and RMF were highly recommended to my wife and me by two different friends. It was a valuable recommendation because Hank was considerate, knowledgeable and professional. Our reverse mortgage has made a big difference in our lives and has reduced our stress. My only regret is that we didn't do it years earlier. Thank you Hank, and thank you Reverse Mortgage Funding. When I started this process I had no idea how complicated and difficult it would be. Without Larry McAnarney's guidance and expertise I don't think the result would have been as successful. Of all the people I've dealt with over the years Larry is one of the best. He is the consummate professional and 5 stars just aren't enough.

No better way to express my appreciation. A take charge person without being controlling. She really does know how to get it done without any hic-cups. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any family member or friend. Now if she only knew how to fix cars. Thanks, Karen.
