Jim Stanko really helped my father with his reverse mortgage. I was also included in the procedure, counseling, etc. and to be truthfully honest, I was confused,at first, on all that goes on but Jim really helped me understand everything. My father is very happy with everything and, to me, that's all that matters

I was very pleased with the process. It went very smoothly and my loan specialist, Alesia Dutton, was outstanding! Everything was thoroughly explained and she kept in touch with me through the entire process and promptly answered any and all questions I had along the way. I feel that the mandatory counseling was very beneficial to me! Thank you so much!

I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Reverse Mortgage Funding. I have piece of mind knowing I can stay in my home until i pass away or other arrangements can be made for me. Frank Murphy was great explaining how this works and made me very comfortable with my decision to go this route.
