Alesia Dutton is our HECM Loan Specialist. She came to our house 2 times to talk with us about the reverse mortgage loan process. She did not hurry but rather spent all the time it took to explain all the details of the process and listened carefully to us talk about our specific situation. She is quite knowledgeable. She did not pressure us to make this important decision. In addition she returned our phone calls promptly. And she has remained responsive after our loan closed. We are quite glad that Alesia is our loan officer.

This was a new experience for us and we really had no idea what we were doing. Our RMF person Becky Koehler was absolutely wonderful in helping us to understand the process, making us aware of possible pitfalls and explaining the dos and don'ts. We did encounter a few rough patches in the approval process but she was there guiding us through it all with excellent results. We absolutely love our new house and lifestyle now and recommend this to everyone we meet.
