This rating is for Anita Nickerson who was the agent of your employ to help me with the purchase of my home. Anita tirelessly worked with me. Lots of driving, lots of meetings with banks and others. She was always there for me and for sure always had my best interests in mind. Without her expertise guidance I would have been lost. Not only is she a professional she is also a class act. I bless what she did for me every day. I also hold all those others in high regard whom I spoke to along the way. You are a great company and I feel Anita Dickerson is a valuable asset. Thank you so much Helmuth Felber

Working with Andy Geraci was so easy. The process was painless, so much easier than other lending institutions we have dealt with in the past. Andy consistently went the extra mile to keep us informed of status, to explain and simplify whenever possible. Closing was easy and right on time. A+ from start to finish!

Carol Fischetti is very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything and the process became very easy. I highly recommend her.

As the retired VP of a New York Stock Exchange Listed Real Estate Investment Trust ( REIT) I was responsible for closing commercial real estate and financing transactions throughout the USA. for over 25 years. Accordingly my 5-STAR rating concerning our dealings with RMF is backed up by a thorough knowledge of Professional Standards in the origination and closing of Real Estate Loans. Other Loan Companies competing for our business wanted to do everything over the phone. Uniquely RMF insisted on sending Loan Officer Chris Jones to our home to review our unique waterfront property and listen to our goals and objectives. Chris a true professional and good listener quickly assessed our needs, matching programs to our goals and objectives, leaving us with clear choices, a completed loan application and a game .plan to satisfy all requirements to close the loan. During the 33 days from application to closing. Chis Jones was hands on right up to attending the closing and along with Jason Lynch another true professional from RMF's processing department and Janet the closing notary, collectively made closing a pleasant event. a stock exchange listed
