I found Larry to be very professional and knowledgeable. What I like best is his ability to keep me updated almost on a daily basis. I have enjoyed working with Larry and would highly recommend him to others.

Applying for, then signing for, a mortgage can be a daunting and cumbersome exercise, at best. Loan specialist Anita Nickerson guided me through this process with her patience and knowledge. She thoroughly explained the benefits and cautionary aspects of a reverse mortgage. She made the experience pleasant, straightforward and understandable. I'm very happy with her work and my decision to proceed with a reverse mortgage.

RMF educated me on reverse mortgage, because I was hesitate but Nicklaus Cormalas made me very comfortable in making my decision. He's very knowledgeable and available for my questions.

I had first applied to AAG, a process that went on for months so got frustrated and contacted RMF. Tom Evan immediately responded and drove all the way from Rochester Mn to suburban St Paul to meet with me at my home. This was only the first personal meeting with him. He was very impressive and clearly knew what needed to be done. Highly detailed and extremely well-organized and was so patient with me as I am neither. He helped me through the various hurdles and worked so hard to get all of the necessary info which resulted in success! Was extremely pleased with Tom and RMF, who always treated me with respect and consideration, quite unlike AAG. Very easy to work with and loved the responsiveness Tom demonstrated. An excellent experience!

RMF has been a wonderful company. RMF helped me every step of the way until everything was completed. I mean everything the way I wanted. Specially Niko whom I spoke from the day one. He kept me updated and guided me through out. He is a great person.

Larry, who was the lead on the program, was great in explaining what all was in involved up front in the process. He also did a great job in explaining why and the meaning of all the steps in terms that I could clearly understand.
