Thank you Abraham for the review, we are so glad to hear that our resurfacing process saved your disc.
I'm in Alaska and surprised it came in pretty quickly. Everything was in order. Only thing I can say is a small piece broke, which isnt a big deal considering most of these models require glue and the bag with the bases was open but all accounted for, most likely during shipping. NO fault of Retro Gaming. Overall, I'm happy with the product. Thank you Retro Gaming!

Hey Jovan, thanks for sharing your epic Alaskan unboxing experience with Warhammer 40K: Leviathan! 🌟 We're stoked that the forces of Retro Gaming managed to reach you swiftly amidst the icy winds of the North! ❄️ A small piece might've taken a detour during the journey, but fear not, brave warrior! Glue is your loyal ally in the battle against broken bits. 💪 And those rogue bases? They may have tried to make a break for it, but you've clearly put them back in line like a true commander! 🛡️ We appreciate your understanding about the minor skirmishes your package endured in transit - the Warp routes can be treacherous, after all! Your positivity fuels our quest to deliver top-tier gaming treasures to all corners of the realm. Keep conquering, Jovan - you're a true champion of the hobby! 🎮⚔️🔥 May your battles be legendary, your glue ever strong, and your bases forever grounded! Until next time, stay legendary and game on! 🚀🎲✨
Console was packaged very nicely as well as games. Ps3 works fine with ps1, ps2 and ps3 titles. Console had a slightly crack at the bottom but not to bother some. Overall I trust yall Refurbished everything the best you can as these consoles are somewhat complex and a lot of failure points. Overall satisfied as long as console holds up.

I recently bought 2 products. One product was as described and only had very minor bend in part of the sealed box. Only a issue if I choose to get this item graded. The other item was marked as new/sealed. It was a collectors edition and although the game was seal the overall collection had significant wear as well as damage to the box. I feel that these issues should have been represented in the original ad. I will keep the item as I do want it despite the damage. This should have also been represented in the overall price of the item. I have sent my initial review 2 days ago and because it was a weekend I know not enough time has passed for their response hence the 4 stars. Depending on their response I may drop that to 3 stars.

We appreciate your Review. We are pleased to learn that JD was able to assist you in a manner that met your expectations.
The Wii games purchased didn't have any scratches, like new. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to paying for shipping to receive on Sat. Instead it was delivered on Mon. I will/would buy from them again.
