I loved the recipes , the support and the exercise program. It was so good I’m still eating the way the booklets and program put together. I went to the doctors and had all my labs done and they were the best I’ve had in years. I would do it again

I lost 10 pounds during the 10-day challenge and felt a major reduction in my stress levels, especially with the smoothie detox! The program inspired me to keep going with a weekly detox and to start growing my own greens and sprouts at home. It truly changed the way I approach my health, both physically and spiritually. I highly recommend you to give it a try!
