I have requested a refund. This product was found to be, look absolutely nothing like the product used for viewing in the advertisement. Initially I thought it was an oil but it does not even constitute to be an oil. I have found it to be quite useless.

It was shown as big quart bottles and they were 5 oz. Bottles. I want to return them and get my money back. I have emailed and there was no response.

doesn't work like you claim and I was expecting a larger bottle to do a 10 x 12 room with. Very disappointed
