I recommend RLE to any of my friends looking for new glasses or sunglasses and don't want to over spend. The website is easy to use and the variety/options are numerous. I needed guidance on which Rayban sunglasses to purchase and the customer service was informative and responsive. My delivery arrived on time. I was so happy I went and ordered a second pair because the price was so reasonable. Great experience all around.

Replacement Lens Express is awesome! I found a pair of Burberry frames I LOVED from a LensCrafters-but they were SO expensive. So I check here to see if I could get them any cheaper but they did not have them on the website. No problem, they ordered and had the exact pair I wanted within a few days-for far less than anywhere else! The service was amazing-so quick and ready to help. And the website was a breeze. Informational and organized so that even I-who had NO idea about what lenses to choose-could decipher and decide what I needed quickly. I could not be any happier with my experience. I wish more business's ran this way!

I just ordered an amazing pair of Maui Jims sunglasses. I usually am hesitant with online shopping, but Replacement Lens Express was amazing! I got my glasses in no time! Most importantly, when I called to ask a question regarding their site and my product, I got a live person (not something that you get too often these days). I am very happy with my purchase and would not be hesitant to shop online if all my experiences were this great!

UPS tracking indicated my frames arrived at RLE on Monday, I had them back and on my face by Friday! The local big box franchise wanted $150 just for lenses. RLE did the same thing for less than half. I just sent in an additional request to have my reader lenses done as well. As far as customer service - I emailed them with a few questions about my second order and received quick and clear responses. Very happy with their services!

I wanted to find a place where I could use my old frames without paying crazy prices for progressive lenses. Eddie and the RLE staff made this happen. Got my glasses back quickly, helpful communication by email and flawless product. Very happy I did this. Thank you
