Replacement Lens ExpressReviews of replacementlensexpress.com

I was not expecting the lens installment to be so quick, and the final product is great! I did some online shopping before ordering and RLE turned out to have the best value. Stephanie responded to my emails quickly and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses.

Lovely staff. Enjoyed working with the team at RLE! They didn't have the Ray-Bans that I wanted in-stock, so they called and suggested a few other models. I picked out a similar one and had my new prescription lenses (progressives - ahh!) installed the same week. Great vision and clarity, great fashion!

i had a wonderful experience with this company. they had fast, professional service with great communication. for extra the frames i sent were a little out of shape but were returned back to their original shape with new lenses for a fair price.

Great experience! My myopia has improved which demands a stronger reading prescription. The lens size in the frame I chose was not tall enough. Replacement Lens redid the order in one of my older frames no charge and I donated the other frame and Replacement Lens suggested they donate the pair that didn't work for me to charity. Smart move. A win win. They are now updating a third pair of smaller frames for me with single vision lenses for distance only. Not every frame works well with strong progressives. Best customer service!

I have had lens made by RLE on 2 occasions. I was a little nervous about ordering lens on line and the first time there was some incorrect info given to RLE and the lens had to be redone. RLE remade and sent the correct lens at no extra charge. Both sets of lenses were perfect. I highly recommend RLE.

I recently had a pair of Chemistrie magnetic sunglass clips made for an older eyeglass frame which is no longer made. Throughout the process of contacting RLE I found their people very friendly & professional in helping me. Upon receiving my eyeglass frames and new Chemistrie sunglass clip on I can say they are perfect in every way. I could not be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend their services. I’ve used RLE for several years. They’ve made at least 8 pairs of frames for me. Their work is excellent.

I had a fantastic experience with getting the lenses replaced on my sunglasses frames. The prescription was perfect, the tinting and clarity are excellent. They also cleaned up my frames and they look close to new. The turnaround time and communication on my order was also great. Overall, a great experience and one I would go to again.
