The process couldn’t have been easier! Emailed my prescription, mailed in the frames and they came right back! Fantastic experience.

Thanks for my replacement frames I received them today and I am very happy they are excellent condition and over all I was able to use my HSA funds to make the purchase the communication with customer support was on point they kept me informed all the way and the delivery was good thanks alot

They were timely in making replacement lenses for my frames. The company kept me informed when my frames were received, in the lab and then when they were shipped.

the process was super easy to go through and the turn around time was quick! I sent my glasses out on Thursday to have the lenses replaced and received them the next Thursday! any questions that I had were promptly replied to. 10/10

You were one of the few places that had the frame I wanted in the size I needed. When you realized it was backordered through the manufacturer, you contacted me immediately to inform me. Once back in stock, it was shipped and I received the frame quickly. Most notably, I appreciated the discount you offered, as it brought he frame below the price of anywhere else I could purchase it. Excellent customer service, great price, and quick work! Thank You!
