Bought lenses and mailed my frames in. I checked their webpage box that says " let us contact your optomotrist and get your prescription details for you". ok, that sounds good. Three days AFTER they recieved my lenses (i tracked the shipment) they contact me.. " hey, we can't get your prescrition info becuase of privacy laws". ..then why present it as an option? I email my prescription that day. Four days later I get an e-mail "thanks for the info". Fast forward 11 days...nothing. no word, no response to e-mails. Nothing.

I received my frames (no lenses ordered) 17 days after I placed my order. Now, I understand you may be out of stock and have to order directly from the manufacturer and that may take additional time. But the worst part is that no one answers the phones or responds to emails in a timely manner. You are literally left guessing. The least they could do is just give you a straight answer and say there was a delay in shipping. Be honest, don't ignore your customers. Glad I ended up getting my frames, which were in good condition but it's unlikely that I will do business here again.

Repeated errors with service and didn't even return originals sunglass lens. Delayed by over 2 months with defective mirror finish. I will never use company again. My complaints were all emailed and addressed poorly. If these errors need to be researched, all they need to do is review my repeated emails last year. Even if they wanted to help now, I would still not send product back.

I bought a pair of transition lense glasses which stopped working after a few months. I returned them in the glasses case they came in to have the lenses replaced and they sent them back without the case. I called and was promised a new case, which I never received.

Speed was the main focus, that part worked great. The lense cut was poor and perscrition was incorrect. I do have a difficult prescrpition.
