They offered a takeover the domain for my website/ email at a cheaper rate, I agreed. Somewhere in the transfer my we lost our email domain. Rendering are company email completely worthless. Currently, on day two and a half without active emails, and I can't get a hold of them.

Please do not waste your time or money. This company will not do what they promise. You will not be able to reach them when you need to talk to them. They are there just to get your money, and they don't fulfill their promises. Please go elsewhere.

I had multiple very unpleasant phone call with one of their workers. The first time they lied and said that they wanted to contract my companies services, only to send a quote for their own services. The second time, our receptionist let them know that we were not interested and the worker was incredibly rude in return.

I was reached out by their Rep and told me that they can help me with review management and complete repute management too which will rank my business on the top of searches on Google and other engines. I first checked their work efficiency for their own agency and Guess what they really rank at top of searches in Chicago on Google as AI based agency. Took a shot with them couple of months back and they delivered as per promise. So Kudos!
