I worked with Whitney and Jessica- they made the process SO incredibly easy and fast! We shopped around a little and they were by far the most attentive!

Whitney: Thank you so much for being goal oriented, you made my customer experience better than expected, you are knowledgeable and were able to answer to all my questions and help me feel comfortable through the process. You are proactive and a go getter!! Today I give you 5 stars but if I could I’ll give you 100!

I contacted RenoFi after several unsuccessful attempts to get financing through other lenders for a big renovation on my home. The online application was easy to use and took me about an hour to complete. I worked with several RenoFi team members for the appraisal/feasibility study and contractor diligence. Everyone I engaged with was responsive and helpful, especially Eli Gross. He supported me from beginning to end and was upfront and transparent about each step of the process. The lender RenoFi identified for me was also easy to get in touch with and quickly moved my application through underwriting and closing, and I closed on my HELOC in less than 30 days. For me, the experience went really smoothly. If ever I have to do another renovation project, I'm going to reach out to RenoFi first.
