I mainly use FBA Refunds for finding inventory that was lost or damaged at Amazon's warehouse and they are worth every penny of the commission they charge. I will continue using them for a long time.

Best service if you have FBA shipments problems. We have been an amazon seller over 4 years and recently turn to FBA because the pandemic. As a beginner of FBA we have no experience and we are quite confused about some of the policies from Amazon. It is never helpful for the Amazon support which we spent too much work and time to figure it out. We had problems like shipment did not receive, partial shipment lost, shipment quantity error, shipping item damaged when they receive. Then my manager found FBA refunds online and we contact them. One of the representatives, Vishal, give us all the answers we need and help us to solve most of the problems within a month or two. Everything was automatically done well and so far we had few problems from Amazon's side. Really nice experience to work with Vishal and we hope everyone who was disappointed Amazon's FBA service can get help from them.

We have been using FBARefunds.com for about 4 months and we have been very pleased with their service. They are extremely easy to work with and charge less than most refunds services around while getting more back in refunds than our last service.

I have been selling on Amazon since July 2019. It’s not been a long time though the recovery of reimbursement done by Vishal and FBA Refunds is unbelievable. They got me $4882 and still recovering. If FBA Refunds didn’t contact me, I would never be able to know, Amazon owes me this much. I would highly recommend FBA Refunds for your business.
