I did a deposit of 29 euro
I did a deposit of 29 euro. With the welcome bonus. I was doing good about 500 in the account and 400 left to wager. I did a bonus buy wich I did not know that it was not allowed. I got a big win out of it. Then I read it’s not allowed I contested them and they sad it’s not allowed and true the email they replied that only the winnings from the bonus buy feature would be deducted. Then I won big again and I wanted to withdraw 20x my deposit. Then they sad nope not allowed because you did a bonus buy. It’s bad that they sad first only the amount of the bonus buy would be voided and the rest not. But then after they sad now everting and read the t&c bla bla. Honestly I felt soooo bad after that because of the feeling of getting the first answer and then a different one. So basically I have 3000 in the account but it’s worth 0 euro
