Red Robin Order was missing milkshake, Burger was cold and soggy So they refunded me for the shake and burger after having to contact customer service twice. Now I still end up paying 14.00 for a side of broccoli and cold fries. I was warned about Grubhub but took a chance. Stupid me. What an aggravation on a Saturday afternoon. Now I find out they wont refund me for a week. No dinner for me tonight.

Red Robin is not a safe place to eat everybody touches your food while they're preparing it and packing it up and putting it on your tray to send it to your table not only does everybody make your food and touch it but even when they get your sauces their fingers going the sauce and they'll still put it on your plate and give it to you nine times out of ten they don't wash their hands I've witnessed this for several years working there I don't understand even when I would complain about it nobody did anything about it it's disgusting people can die from stuff like that. The two that I've worked at is cottonwood as well as century Rio in Albuquerque.
