I would give it A negative if they offered a score that low. Waited forever for a table, The server was very rude and unfriendly, and the food tasted disgusting. My family will never go back to Red Robin.

I would never step foot back into this place. I walked in the restaurant and they told me the wait was 5-15 mins. I sat there as 3 white families were seated who showed up after I was already sitting in the waiting area. I walked up to the front and said why are you talking customers who walked in after me. she said they were already here before you. I said, "I was here before them." The manager Danelle said, " We are going in circles here like to say I was making this up in my head. She said, "We did not have your phone number and name but I was sitting there waiting to be seated. So I said why not come over and ask me my name and number? I went over to sit at the bar and I told the bartender I wanted the General Managers number then Danelle came back over and started on and on about how I was talking un circles and said, "I did not know what I was talking about." "Then I told her that I was calling the general manager about this because this was a share case of racism she said I was causing a scene and said I should leave. I have ate here a hundred times but right is right and wrong is wrong. if you made a crew up say that. admit that your wrong and move on. It is terrible when they say they were gonna notify you and your name is Richard. That's not even my name. I won't be back to any of your eateries. So keep justifying your treatment of black people by saying. "I AM NOT RACIST!!!!!!"

Made a complaint about red robin Mapleridge bc August 10 to head office after numerous try’s at restaurant. Head office emails back looking into it and advise if no one gets in touch within 2 Buisness days to reply back by email with now 5 reminders we now are giving review this was a bad service and cleanliness issue

Went to the Kenosha, WI location this past Sunday around 1pm; It wasn't busy at all. Waited awhile until the waitress came to take our order, she asked us for our drink order and I let her know that we were ready to place our full order at this time, she snapped and said "let first get the drink order", we only wanted water. A different person was dropping off the drinks, he gave our drinks to another table, then came by to explain that they were sitting on the other table, with other people, informed me that they didn't touch them and asked it we wanted them. I asked him to bring us fresh glasses of water, I'm sure we got the same ones back. The food finally came and the onion rings were soggy and dripping with fat, the burger was ice cold. We had no silverware, napkins, or plates for the appetizer. I looked for our server and she looked at me 3-4 different times and she never came back. I got up, went to their station and grabbed my own items. They did provide another burger, but we left and won't ever be back. The restaurant is very dirty. I understand that the industry has been through bad times, but a the way to get customers back is not to treat them badly, give them crappy food, raise the prices, and then cry because you have to close the doors. Good luck Red Robin, you're going to need it because you food is horrible.

I was there yesterday and our waitress did something to my food because, my stomach been hurting ever since I left the restaurant .

Ordered carry out on-line today. Received confirmation with everything I ordered and instructions on how and where, in the parking lot to pick it up. Arrived in the parking lot and texted my arrival as the sign requested, sat there for 15 minutes and finally went in only to be told "oh, we don't follow that procedure anymore". So I got my food, and when I got home realized both the beverages I ordered were missing and my salad was missing the croutons and the parmesan cheese. We will NOT be ordering from Red Robin again. Terrible service.

Went to red robbin in hilliard oh,it was my 1st visit and my last,way over priced,61.00 for 2 people is crazy,dirty dishes were left on table staff left them there,had to wait awhile on our food,i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,

I have been eating at Red Robins for years and I am Handicapped and use a cane, never had a problem, but this time my cane slipped on the slippery tiled floors, no signs were posted. I mentioned this to the waitress who then relayed same to her Mgr. who eventually found his way over to my table. As I became to explained what happened, I can see his attitude changing and his solution was, " DON'T COME BACK SINCE IT IS TOO SLIPPERY FOR YOUR LIKINGS". NEVER APOLOGIZED.
