kids dirt bike frame separated causing my son to crash. Luckily no broken bones or worse... the whole motor fell off the bike only 2 and a half months after I purchased the bike. That was after it took me 2 months to get a replacement spring for the motor that broke. It was a christmas present to my kid and in the first 90 days he only rode it for about a week. The company finally approved a return of the bike but only if I pay to ship it to them. There is a complete disregard for the customer and care of the safety of your kids. If you want to risk your kids like then buy from them otherwise RUN AWAY FAST!!!!! I bought two bikes at the same time, and the 2nd one isn't absolutely falling apart so they aren't replacing it, but it will not start after 2 months of use. I'm still within the 90 day period on BOTH and they refused to refund me unless I pay to return the bikes, and won't refund the 2nd bike even though there is no end of issues. Even if you follow the directions 100% with the right oil, first start up of 15 minutes run time, only premium gasoline... etc... these bikes will still NOT work at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Worst company ever. No one answers the phone. Damaged product with zero support. They promise you accessories which never arrived. Terrible company that should never get away with taking peoples money! Please be careful and buy from a reputable company even if alittle more expensive.

While some may have good service in one way or another, this company chose not to honor the warranty by waiting out the time frame, then sending an email claiming they were waiting for me to respond to them. It's very clever and manipulative a way to avoid accountability. Other reviews have similar stories of non-compliant service, one should pay heed to them. If you can find an option elsewhere, please chose to do so. I was able to repair the issue myself with ease, but that does not excuse a company for willful negligence and subterfuge. Buyer beware bigtime, read the reviews please.

i read on that website where that person wrote about 4 or 5 comments about my purchase history.lol...can you imagine hiring someone who can not take a comment without going into rage.lol..the cycle is fixed thanks to that wonderful redfoxmotorsports.! it was in need of a faulty headlight relay, and i was not going to receive one from where i bought this year old trike....even though the person there said the 15.00 relay was under warranty, i would be refunded this huge amount of money if i did not either erase or re-edit my comments about waiting 2 months for a title, or and endless fairy tale promises about the relay....the place can keep the 15.00 and maybe use it for buying a book on how to be successful and professional.....i would not be intiminated by a company person...i was fun though reading this persons numerous replies back about me over an amount of 15.00.lol.....you could feel the anger.lol.

Took me a month to get the title which i needed for a 200 Super R to license it. It runs great and is fast, but do not use the high beam on the headlight or you will burn out the relay. Burnt 2 before i could solve that little problem and their 30 bucks a relay. If it happens again i will put in an over ride with a toggle switch. Keep in mind fella's it's Chinese

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would warn any consumer about doing business with this company. I purchased a scooter from this company. When we received it a small part, a spacer, was missing. This is absolutely required for the vehicle to function. When I contacted customer service I was directed to fill out a warranty replacement request. After an additional week with no word I contacted customer service again. I was told that the part was there when it was shipped. I tried to purchase the 7 dollar part and was met with resistance there. At this point I am out 1400 bucks and no operable scooter. We will just have to see how it is finally resolved. It's been 3 weeks since we received the product

Bought a go cart for my kids. Got it a month late. Said 90% assembled. I would say 60%. After hours and hours of assembly. Finally get my kids on it and did nothing but burn drive belts up, Tires where really cheap. Overall very poorly run company where quality is not in their minds, must be all profit. Ended up giving the go cart away being it was a money pit. Zero stars!!

I recently ordered a motor scooter from them paid an extra 200 dollars to have it shipped from California to Massachusetts it came about a week and a half later I was impressed at the shipping speed, I had ordered the 85% assembled package i wasn't gonna pay another 200 for full assembly because im pretty mechanically inclined anyway, first thing when it came i looked for assembly instructions which none were included, oh well it wasn't too hard to figure out myself after a few hours I get it completely together, I go to install the battery which came in a separate box, one of the nuts provided was not threaded correctly for the bolt to tighten the oring onto the battery terminal i tried putting it on both ways and it just not the right threading, so I decided I would force thread it like a dumb dumb, I ended up ruining the battery terminal so I said whatever I ran to the autoparts store buy a new battery for 70 dollars, bring it home install it and everything seems to be working fine, electric start works lights everything scooter drives just as it's supposed to, about an hour later I noticed the lights was dimming and the horn stopped working and the electric start wont work anymore, so I call them up and the guy was very helpful told me it was the rectifier/regulator must be no good and that he would send me a new one since the scooter was under warranty for 90 days it would be at no charge. So a week goes by I have not heard from them no email saying a shipping label was created just silence, so I email them and ask whats going on? They asked for the order number which was absolutely stupid considering the email I used to email them was the same email I used to order the scooter and they could have easily looked it up. So I go and retrieve the number from my email go to respond and they had closed out the ticket already. So now I had to start over so I did included the number they requested, 24 hours later I check my email and they closed the ticket without a response. So another week goes by no nothing from them so I finally call them and ask whats going on? The lady seemed very helpful said they was sorry its taken so long she assured me the part would be sent out in the next 2 business days ( I asked her cant i just buy this part at a motorcycle shop or somewhere else its only 12 dollars?) She said no it won't work because its exclusive to our company. So I believed this lady and I hung up and the next day I recieve an email with a shipping label created for the part, finally! Well 2 days go by checked the tracking number and found out they have not given the part to usps yet so I'm like come on I've already waited over 2 weeks and a brand new scooter I just ordered won't even work without it but they can get the scooter to me in a week and half? So I email them and ask why they haven't given the part to usps yet? They closed my ticket without a response again. So a day goes by still nothing from them meanwhile now it's 4 days past the 2 days the lady on the phone the part would be shipped so again I email them asking why I was lied to and why won't they give the part to usps? They then send me a copy of the shipping label they had sent me 5 days before. Now I'm mad so I'm thinking maybe usps didn't scan in the item or something so I call usps and after giving them the order info they tell me no we did not receive the package yet we are waiting on them to give it to us. So I email them again no response at all day goes by I go on their website and get a live chat agent and ask why the part hasn't been given to usps yet? They was very rude and said you are not the only one messaging us you know! I now am infuriated and said listen I have been waiting for you to send this part going on 3 weeks now you guys have lied to me you refuse to give the part to usps so they can ship it,great you created a shipping label im so proud but unless you actually give the package to usps its not going to be delivered stupid! She then told me she contacted a manager and this issue is being investigated, I responded to her and I'm supposed to believe you? All you guys have done is lie to me over a stupid 12 dollar part for weeks now and I'm supposed to believe a member of.management is magically gonna resolve this issue all of a sudden? She didn't respond, another day goes by I researched the rectifier and found many of the same ones online and ordered one from a different site, redfox still has not given the package to usps they would not post my review on their website warning customers of what they are doing, I have been in contact with a lawyer in California and he's agreed to take my case he told me he had already dealt with this company a few times which does not surprise me at all! Not to mention the mud guard on the back tire was broken and the paint was scuffed in a few spots but thats minor crop the product should atheist work and they should resolve issues!
