Elite RecruiterReviews of recruitermob.com

I paid Tighe to train my internal recruiter...3 months later she was placing roles and bringing in higher quality candidates than others with 10 years more experience. Tighe is crazy good at what he does and the fact he has so many repeat clients says something.

Tighe is an outstanding executive recruiter and teacher. If you're seeking to break free from the monotonous 9-5 routine and embark on the journey of becoming your own boss, I can't recommend him enough. The Elite Recruiter course is an absolute game-changer as it takes you through the entire process, starting from ground zero. Tighe's expertise shines through during the Q&A calls; he patiently addresses all queries and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is well-equipped. His commitment and dedication are truly commendable. I wholeheartedly can't recommend Elite Recruiter enough. If you're considering stepping into the recruiting industry, Tighe is easy to learn from and guide you in your searches. Despite having no prior experience in recruitment, his online mentorship program provides unparalleled depth and guidance. He never grew impatient or short with me, no matter how many questions I bombarded him with regarding setting up my own recruiting agency. Thanks to him unwavering support, I've hired a VP of Marketing, 4 Directors of Marketing, 1 Paid Media Director, 2 Affiliate Marketers, 4 Media Buyers, Sales Reps and many others! Elite Recruiter is a game-changer, and I can't recommend Tighe enough.

Tighe is an amazing recruiter. If you want to leave the 9-5 grind to become your own boss, I highly recommend. The Elite Recruiter course walks you through the steps on how to do this from 0. Tighe is absolutely amazing on the Q&A calls. He answers all questions and definitely goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

Tighe and Korbin at Elite Recruiter are rock stars. I had zero experience in the recruiting industry prior to working with Elite Recruiter, their online mentorship program goes into so much depth and they never got frustrated or short with me when I asked a million questions about how to start my own recruiting agency.
