Buying a car from this place is agony. No one answers you when you call. Even if you use their website they will not contact you for days or weeks to complete a deal. When I called 4 times to literally buy a car they won’t sell you one and their representative said “we get 40 deals a day so we just don’t have time”. Oh I’m sorry you don’t want my money? Ended up using Carvana and it was soooo much easier

Lowball offers and terrible car buying and selling experience. I'm not sure why the other places have good reviews but I assume they are paid reviews.

Very opaque. No matter which number you call it's answered by AI which may route you to a call center with the usual pre-scripted replies even to yes/no questions. I called about a half dozen cars and was consistently told they were reserved even when they'd just been listed the same day. None of them were available at any location, they were all in 'reconditioning'. Once they were at a location none could be put on a lift to allow the undercarriage to be checked. All Recharged reviews I could find were good but I could only find a few and none at independent sites like Trustpilot.
