Becoming an adult was the most difficult thing I had to do. I did not receive proper training growing up in school or at home. My parents and my teachers knew that something was off about me, but they didn't know how to help me beat the needs I had. When I became an adult, I was not prepared for all the responsibilities that came with it. I had very little guidance. I was often misunderstood and my struggles were often belittled. I was fired from multiple jobs for not being able to keep up with the demands placed on me. I found myself homeless for many years. Many people would look at me and say that I wasn't trying to improve my life, that I wanted to remain in the predicament I was in, that I was lazy and unmotivated. Little did they know just how much energy it took to put one foot in front of the other and try again. Once I started working with Rebekah Josann a life coach who specializes in working with neurodivergent people, for the first time, I felt like my struggles were validated. She understood that life is more difficult for people like me and that I was putting in great effort to living and working through my difficulties. I felt understood without condemnation. Meeting with her motivated me and gave me the courage to sign a lease for the first time in my life at 39 years old.

Rebekah has been an incredible mentor to me, providing invaluable guidance that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. When I was struggling to balance my work and personal relationships, Rebekah's wisdom and compassionate counsel allowed me to gain new insights into how the two intersect. Her ability to really listen and understand the complexities of my situation was remarkable. Rebekah asked thought-provoking questions that encouraged me to reflect deeply on my priorities and goals. With her support, I was able to make positive changes that strengthened my most important relationships while also protecting my entrepreneurial drive. Beyond just understanding the issues, Rebekah provided practical strategies for improving communication, setting boundaries, and achieving greater harmony between my business and personal life. Her advice was tailored specifically to my circumstances and delivered in a way that motivated me to take action. I'm truly grateful to have Rebekah as a mentor and friend. Her emotional intelligence, patience, and caring advice have made a lasting impact. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance in navigating the challenges of integrating work and relationships in a healthy, sustainable way.

Rebekah is such a sweet and caring person. She has helped me through a lot of traumatic things in my life including a recent mental breakdown I had. I was at a very low point in my mental health and she helped me to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. She is the most professional person I have ever worked with. The fact that her methods are faith based is a huge plus for me and im sure they would be for any christian who is seeking faith based help. Rebekah has a very warm, welcoming and inviting personallity and isn’t afraid to show it while at the same time being focused enough and stern enough to keep your discussions with her on track so you can get to the core of the issue together with her. She is an absolute joy to work with and I highly recommend her services.

When I was in a bad place I got referred to Rebekah. She helped me with a new amazing relationship and is continuing to offer help for job opportunities. I've had other therapists before and Rebekah simply goes above and beyond to help. I already recommended Rebekah to friends of mine and will continue to do so. -A 31 year old male with autism, mental health issues, anxiety, and depression

I’m proud to offer my recommendation of Rebekah to whom I have personally known for the past five years as support in life coaching. Rebekah is such a kind and caring person always willing to help those in need. It’s been nice to work alongside someone who is also on the spectrum and understands what it’s like and the daily life struggles that being autistic brings. Her input has helped me in both my personal and business life especially with being autistic and chronically ill. Rebekah is a hard working, honest and kind person who goes out of her way to help others in any way she can. The first time we met she helped me with a few things out of the kindness of her heart. In addition to this Rebekah carries out her day to day life and work with grace, understanding, and with a level head. Rebekah offers helpful advice, strategies to deal with PTSD and all that goes with it. These have helped me so much. She is so understanding, helpful and does a lot of amazing work in our neurodivergent community. If you feel called to sponsor someone please do it’s much needed. Its helped me out so much with strategies to cope with my anxiety and pstd that have made a huge difference. Its also made a huge difference by having someone that understands and can help me. I’ve had physcologists not know how to help and had them ask me but I dunno what I need so I didn’t get help. They put me in counseling but it didn’t do much aside from having someone I could talk to and a strategy that helped me cope better but still lead to meltdowns in appointments. Rebekah knows how to help and has been able to help me through what I’m going through. I’d highly recommend Rebekah to anyone struggling with PTSD, autism, chronic illness, depression and anxiety.
