I bought a Realme 8 G5, I add myself to other users with a negative review, as assistance is non-existent. I advise the Chinese company parent company to remove all assistance from the company geographically present in Italy and adopt online assistance with chat operator, with the possibility of chat with automatic translation, or another equivalent system to be managed on their own. In this way you will save a lot of money to invest above all on communication and assistance with the customer, and you will gain in reputation, rather than paying the Italian company to insult and make customers run away. The many negative customer reviews will make your company go bankrupt. Update dated 02/22/2023, after upgrading to the EMUI 4.0 software with Android 12, the phone is unusable, it freezes and freezes in calls, the touch screen hangs, the 5G network doesn't work, every time you have to restart the phone, the assistance obviously still doesn't exist.
