Ready Set Sim went the extra mile to answer all my questions, supported me during the build, easily processed a return and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend working with Ready Set Sim to get your Sim Rig up and running.

I am new to sim racing and was overwhelmed with the many components, options and details necessary to put together a sim rig. I found ReadySetSim and this website solved it all. This is absolutely your go to website for components and support if you are new to the sport. The website easily walked me through the various components needed to build a high quality sim. Ian, the owner provided excellent technical advice and set me up with SimStaff LTD who provided the professional expertise to get the components and full system working. I am technically savvy but would have really struggled if not for the help of ReadySetSim. The real bonus is that I saved thousands over buying a ready built system from one of the larger companies, and I have better components. You need this site and their support if you are new to the sport and want a great rig. You will find this to be a valuable resource that will save you time, money, and a lot of frustration. ReadySetSim and their support team was a great find.

Great tool for sim racing, makes it pretty simple and easy to build out a sim rig online. Very fun to mess around with and build fun rigs. The wheel and wheelbase compatibility feature is extremely helpful, especially for checking what adapters are needed for the more niche wheel brands.

Ready Set Sim is an absolute game-changer for anyone diving into the world of simulator racing, and I can’t recommend it enough—it’s become my go-to resource for building the perfect home setup without the usual headaches. This site brilliantly compares every product in the industry, from wheels and pedals to rigs and monitors, breaking down options based on your specific needs, whether you’re chasing the best value, the cheapest entry-level gear, or the ultimate high-end performance beast. What I love most is how it personalizes recommendations with intuitive quizzes and detailed guides, saving me hours of research and hundreds of dollars by steering me away from overhyped duds toward setups that truly fit my budget and skill level. The clean interface, expert insights, and constant updates on new releases make it feel like having a pro racing buddy in your corner; if you’re serious about sim racing or just starting out. Ready Set Sim will elevate your experience and leave you grinning from ear to ear!

Ian has made such an amazing tool for the sim racing scene. Now instead of drafting epic lists of gear when someone asks “what’s on your rig”, you can simply send them a link to your ‘MySim’ build and they can see everything. That’s my most used feature - but honestly the sim racing version of “pc parts picker” is also a fantastic tool for anyone looking to grab new gear and wants to confirm compatibility. They also reply quickly if there’s a product that isn’t in their database yet. This will be even more useful if they are one day able to expand to flight and any of the upcoming motorcycle sim gear coming down the pike. Highly, highly recommended.
