Had an initial interview, followed by a technical assessment and then a match afterwards. It was pretty seamless.

As the first step, I had an interview with a screener, they wrote down all my preferences and sent me a link for a technical assessment. After the assessment is finished, I received an email from ReadyTal with a position that perfectly fits my preferences. I confirmed sharing my info with the company and after a couple of interviews with the company, I got the job. It's cool that I didn't have to filter jobs that don't fit my preferences and companies that have a culture I don't match with. It was a quick and pleasant process. Thank you!

We quickly found a remote Full-Stack web developer for the "Digitally Imported" dev team, thanks to this service. Previously, the hiring process for us was usually long, frequently painful, and frustrating in the countless interviews where we had to weed out many candidates who had a low level of fundamental technical skills or insufficient level of English. When we started working with ReadyTal, they offered us a pool of candidates they had already verified themselves. And, in a matter of weeks, we picked the best candidate. It is one of the fastest, and highest quality hires to the development team I ever remember. ReadyTal saved us a lot of time and nerves. They allowed us to find an excellent developer that meets all our requirements. I am delighted that even in the conditions of a crazy labor market, a shortage of highly qualified specialists, and high competition among employers, ReadyTal still helps companies find what they need in quite a short time.

My firm engaged with ReadyTal to fill an open developer position. ReadyTal sent us several suitable candidates, one of whom we ended up bringing on board. ReadyTal saved us a great deal of time and effort - we highly recommend them!

I recently was able to get my first remote job at a foreign company, as a 3-year experience Web Developer from Brazil, thanks to ReadyTal. Prior to using them, I had spent quite some time applying to jobs in many different platforms, and wasn't having much success with it. After engaging with ReadyTal, they matched me up with an excellent USA based company in a matter of days, and today I am fully satisfied with my current position. Highly recommended!
