rcMartReviews of rcmart.com

I felt I had to write a short review after I had placed an order and then started to read all the bad reviews on here and got a bit scared. Ordered F104 tires for rc-car, after payment I received a mail that 1 part was not in stock. Got the option to cancel the order, or continue and get the amount back in store credit. I opted for the store credit, was added instant to my account, received the tires in a reasonable amount of time (covid19 times..) in well packaged box with the parts individually packed as you would find in a 'real' store. Products are exact as expected and original brand. I would recommend this store. Keep in mind that happy people usually don't write reviews and so almost all the reviews on here are from the few that unluckily had a real bad experience with this store, which is always possible but more an exception I would guess.

Great experience. Shipping is a little expensive, but given the lower prices, if you're ordering a reasonable amount it's still a good deal. Tracking with HK post was great and the kits arrived in less than a week with USPS. Couldn't be happier.

Best shop ever for buying rc parts and kits. Always great service and fast cheap delivery!

I have read lots of reviews, some of them negative, I must state honestly, I had bought Futaba Txs and 2 receivers, they arrived fast and with well packed. No problems.

Great service - as Marco says below, I dont get the bad reviews but assume its bad luck. I have placed a dozen orders with them over the last year and everyone has arrived within the week which is very good considering they ship from Hong Kong. Will definitely use again.

Blown away by these bad reviews, I've never had a problem with them, I guess when you sell a lot of stuff things will go wrong from time to time so not saying the bad reviews are untrue, but in my experience they have been good. I have had bits arrive not right and they either gave me credit or replaced the parts without me having to send them back.

Have ordered countless times ranging from small parts to RC Cars and have never had a problem. Highly recommended

Been using RcMart for a few years extremely well priced fast delivery highly recommended
