I wish the colors were not separated. I'd rather chose the type and thickness of the rope and then chose from available colors.

Hi Jared, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Although combined color options are not an option, we sincerely hope that the value of the rope purchased met your expectations. Best Regards, Customer Support
Well, I thought it would be more substantial. Even thicker . Do you make heavier ones?

Hello Dutch, Thank you for providing your feedback. We would hope you change the 3-star review rating according to the value of our products and service. Please send your iquiry to [email protected]. Best Regards, Customer Support
Nothing horrible, but the notification that items had been added to my cart (along with the button: view cart) disappeared and I was not sure how to review the number of cart items (the cart icon did not have an item number attached either). Also, I have NO idea when these items will ship, what carrier they are coming by, nor any estimated day of arrival. I probably won't get them in time for the event I purchased them for and probably should have not gone through with the order, but I'm hoping for similar future events and I liked the Made in America promise, so I did not cancel.

Hi Dorothy, Thank you for providing your feedback. Our agents are available by phone or email to answer questions about technical issues, service, products and shipping. We normally ship within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends). The shipper is not known at the time the order is placed, as this is processed by the shipping team when the item is ready to ship. An email including the tracking number is automatically forwarded to the email address that was provided at the time the order was placed. Inquiries can be sent to our customer service portal at [email protected]. Thank you for your business. Best Regards, Customer Support Team
I was never notified with tracking info even after talking to customer service about how crucial it was for me to be there for delivery of 300# of 3” rope. Smaller sizes were just stuck loose in a plastic bag. 400’ of 3/8 rope. Not nicely coiled and tied as shown on the website or in a spool. Just stuck in bag. My first order wit RAVENOX and it was very disappointing.

Hi Kris, Thank you for sharing your review. Please note that racking information is sent to the email address on file and hopefully did not go to your spam mail. We hope you accept our sincerest apologies for your recent experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will forward your review to the management team, as customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Best Regards, Customer Support
Always says 10 or 15 percent off but it's only on very limited items, be nice to actually get a discount being I'm a returning customer

Hello Tony, We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Discounts are not available for all products. The discount offer states that "Exclusions apply". Purple Martin Bird products are excluded products. Thank you for your business. Regards, Customer Support
I was super excited to get myself some rope and not knowing where else I can get some, I learned about this place. Sadly, the only place where this stuff delivers to is within the US. I’m lucky to have people I can rely on in the US, but this was the reason why I gave it 3 stars.

Hello Jessie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do not ship international mail directly from our warehouse; however, all that's required to ship to an international address is to set up a US freight forwarder account through www.myus.com. After registration is completed, orders would be placed on our website using the freight forwarder company address as the ship to. They will then ship to the destination. We would appreciate you updating this review, to provide feedback about the product that was purchased once you receive it, and the actual service received. Thank you for your business. Best Regards, Customer Support.
Still waiting on orange solid braid rope, was sent the wrong rope twice and asked to send back/ return it twice.

Response from Ravenox· Jul 12, 2022
Hello Jen, We sincerely apologize for the error in sending the wrong rope, and any inconvenience it may have caused. The packages were mislabeled, which caused the error, and the issue has since been resolved. We also provide prepaid labels for the returns. Please email our customer service team, if you have not received the rope. Best Regards, Customer Support

Ravenox' reply to the updated review. - Poor checkout experience? The checkout process is very simple. - There is no expected delivery date? As discussed on the phone and reiterated in our previous reply, we "the shipper" cannot anticipate "the carrier's" delivery timeline. This is the carrier's responsibility. - The website could benefit from separating the rope and bird products? The products are clearly separated. Simply click on the "Shop" link at the top of the page. The items are listed separately, in detail, on the left pane. Since you purchased bird products the link at the top of the page titled "Bird Shop" could also have been selected, which shows only Purple Martin bird products. - You also see promotions on your main site and find out later that they are only for the rope products? It is noted that "Exceptions apply". - The cookie cutter website also feels a bit untrustworthy? Our website was designed and is kept updated by our experienced web-design technical team, and it is 100% trustworthy! Again, feel free to read the hundreds of great feedback from our satisfied customers. - The nice thing about competitive sites is that they have formed a community around their products which is invaluable when you are getting into this hobby? We invite you to read about us by selecting the "About Us" link at the top right side of the main page. We have been in business for many years, and we take pride in our integrity, products website and service. Have a great weekend! ------------------------------------------------------ Hello Kevin, We are very disappointed to see this 1-star review. Your purchase was just placed this morning at 8:24 EST, and immediately a 1-star review was posted. I personally spoke to you and explained that we cannot provide a "delivery date" because we have no control over the carrier's timeline. We would hope you understand that. I also informed you that you could send an email to [email protected], and that I would reach out to the shipping team for you on an anticipated "shipping date". We did not hear from you. Additionally, ordering on our website is clear and simple. There are hundreds of great reviews from our satisfied customers about the ease of ordering. Different brands for our rope and bird products are not created. We would hope that you change this review according to the service you received, which was detailed and thorough. We take pride in our products and services. Regards, Carole, Customer Support
