I purchased two OTG knives "Titan Bravo Custom Tactical" on July 25 directly from the RavenCrest Tactical site. One of them failed to open after THREE OPEN/CLOSE cycles. I returned them along with original paperwork/receipt, a paid return package with a clear letter of explanation. Today, Sept 9 I received my knife and paperwork back in the package I provided. IT WAS NOT FIXED. There was no letter of explanation...NO email, no phone call....NOTHING!!!. THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY FRAUDULANT! DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID......THEY ARE A DISGUSTING BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!

I ordered this OTF knife and really like how it feels in my hand. Unfortunately, the blade fails to deploy and lock into place most of the time. It feels as though the blade is coming off its track. Before going through the inconvenience and expense of returning the knife for repair, I contacted the company to ask whether this is a known issue and if there might be a simple solution I could safely perform myself. However, I never received a response. If the company is unwilling to respond to a basic product-support question, it is difficult for me to feel confident about sending the knife in for repair. At this point, I am concerned that doing so may only result in additional time, shipping costs, and frustration without any assurance that the issue will be resolved.

They sent me and billed me for 2 knives instead of the one I ordered. Intending to send one back I noticed they began to malfunction, so I returned both. Raven Crest only reimbursed me for one! Then they went silent to all of my efforts to contact them. I had to get my bank/credit card company involved to reimburse my account. Raven Crest has an F rating with the BBB. Steer clear!!!!!

I have two Ravencrest knives, an enigma karambit and and a mini titan bravo. Both have worked flawlessly and although the titan isn't the sharpest out of the box, the enigma certainly is. Durable knives at good prices.

I have purchased 5 knives from RCT, they come razor sharp and operate flawlessly. Friends have seen these knives then ordered from RCT. I have purchased one for a family members bday and they absolutely love it. RCT offers a no questions asked life time warranty on all their knives. I will be a buyer / supporter of RCT forever. Thank you RCT for great products and an unbelievable warranty.

Ravencrest Tactical is a small shop in Mesa, Az. that sells cheap foreign knives at an incredibly inflated price, a $30 knife that has been rebranded by them sells from between $250 and $400, one of the employees even admitted that they order their parts from overseas. The “no questions asked” warranty is more than paid for if you do the math. Also at any point if they claim that you sent a counterfeit in for service they void your warranty.
