Ransack VikingReviews of ransackviking.com

Ransack Viking is an online store in the United States selling handmade Viking axes, bearded axes, swords, seax, Damascus steel knives, Norse jewelry and Viking gear.Every piece is made by hand in the Czech Republic by workshops that still work the old way, one piece at a time rather than on a production line. Because each item is shaped by hand, small differences in grain, handle and finish are normal. We think that is part of the appeal.Plain steel pieces use 1095 high carbon steel. Our Damascus pieces are 1095 and 15N20 steel forge welded together, which gives the layered pattern people buy them for.Stock is inspected and shipped from Chicago, Illinois, and standard shipping inside the United States is free.We also offer custom laser engraving in the United States before your order ships. You can add a name, a date, runes or a Viking design to the blade or handle, which is why so many of our axes and knives end up as groomsmen gifts, birthday presents and retirement gifts.Every order is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in the forging, grind, heat treatment and fittings, with no receipt needed. Returns are accepted within 7 days.Questions about an order? Call us on +1 904 658 8040 or email [email protected].
