Only thing I will mention not that I had an issue before. But it was noticeable that the front door attendee wasn't welcoming at first interaction. When I normally come in I'm greeted/ welcomed.

The DTF transfer quality and turnaround time were excellent. I am very happy with the product! My only suggestion would be to improve the customer experience a bit. As a first-time visitor, I was not greeted when I arrived, and it was a little unclear how the pickup process worked until another employee stepped in to assist me. A warmer welcome would make the experience even better.
