This is a scam! Don't use them. They came in, quoted us $550 to clean out our clogged dryer duct and claimed a 5 year warranty for their work. Immeduately after, the vent was obviously still clogged, called them and asked if they would return and check it out and do another clean out. No response. Text and called multiple times - still no response. A week later, scheduled another appt, no show - tried again, no show again. This company is crap and thieves.

2 hours late for appointment. Was told a group discount would be applied, so I joined. Total was $75 morethan expected. Only had A/C cleaned because dry service would have been $125 more than expected. Technician pushed hard for a cash transaction and said tax would not be collected of cash was used. I used debit card which is essentially cash but fees were added on. Awful experience.

Made appt. A week in advance. Didn't show up for appt. Scheduled for the aft. ...never showed up. Scheduled for next day never showed up. Bogus company! They advertise low fees then never show up.

Pure Flow did an awesome job with my air duct cleaning! I was honestly shocked by how much dust they pulled out of the system. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Really glad I went with them — highly recommend!
