Unpaid Customs Refunds, Missing Cards, & Unresponsive Support
I loved the concept of digital pack openings on Pull Arena, but the fulfillment and customer service execution are very poor: 1. Unfulfilled Customs Guarantee: Pull Arena advertises that all international duties and taxes are covered. However, I was charged €64.18 in customs fees across two packages over a week ago, chat support explicitly promised a full reimbursement to my paypal account, but nothing has been paid. 2. Missing & Unprotected Items: I requested a withdrawal of 6 orders totaling 73 cards. The first package with 5 orders arrived with over half of the cards missing. Furthermore, several cards arrived raw without penny sleeves or top loaders, putting them at risk of damage. 3. Unresponsive Support: Chat support continually sends automated AI copy-paste responses making promises that are never fulfilled, while email support remains completely unresponsive. Until they refund my duties and send the missing cards, I cannot recommend using this site.
