Hiring Remote Workers | DON'T USE PROS MARKETPLACE!!
This site is good for anyone who wants to find bots and unqualified people. Don't expect to find your next remote hire from here. Would not recommend. They don't issue refunds. You are better off posting job opportunities on Facebook groups or anywhere else. Bad quality of candidates, Not even 1% of candidates are qualified or vetted. Since the beginning I was skeptical of this site but wanted to give it a try. Like I said, if you are in need of qualified candidates and don't want to spend your time or money, don't go with Pros Marketplace. They also never answer your phone calls and always send you to voicemail. Worst remote staffing agency I have tried. Do not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. According to our records, your job posting received 32 applications and you actively used the platform to review candidates and communicate with 28 applicants. The purpose of Pros Marketplace is to connect employers with remote workers and provide access to candidate profiles and communication tools. We understand that hiring needs vary and that not every applicant will meet an employer's specific requirements. While we respect your opinion regarding the candidates received, the subscription service was provided and actively utilized, which is why the refund request was declined. We appreciate all feedback and continually work to improve the experience for both employers and workers on our platform.
